Breakfast is very important part of our healthy and balanced diet. It plays a vital and important role in healthy and optimum functioning of body.

         

Breakfast is very important part of our healthy and balanced diet. It plays a vital and important role in healthy and optimum functioning of body. Having breakfast has lot of health benefits which are as follow-

1. The first and the foremost important reason for having breakfast daily in morning is that our body was without food for the last eight hours in the night. And if you further delays having food in the morning, by delaying breakfast in morning, you will further starve your body of food. Your body needs energy to run important and vital functions of body. So having breakfast replenish energy needs of your body and make your body healthy and strong and help it to work properly.

2. Depriving body of breakfast means depriving body of healthy and vital nutrients which your body needs. So have your breakfast daily in morning and have the good supply of nutrients at right time when your body needs it most.

3. Breakfast also help in weight loss as if you have heavy breakfast in the morning then you will eat less in the rest of the day that means you will do less overeating in the afternoon and evening and will have healthy weight and no obesity.

4. Healthy breakfast is a key to healthy body. So include healthy fruits and vegetables in your breakfast to have the healthy benefits of antioxidants.

5. Having breakfast at right time in morning improves brain function and memory.

6. Having breakfast at right time in morning strengthen the body immune system by supplying it with the essential nutrients.

very nice and Having breakfast at right time in morning improves brain function and memory, so that we cannot avoid break fast at any cost. as per breakfast time is 7 to 9 am. because this time only our stomach will starts its function.
