Guava has lot of health benefits which are as follow-

1. Guava contains all the essential nutritive elements which your body needs. So consuming it, supply you with all the essential nutritive elements like vitamins, minerals and roughage etc.

2. Guava contains good amount of fiber so therefore very helpful in getting rid of constipation.

3. It contains good amount of antioxidants which help in lowering blood cholesterol level, therefore, is very good for diabetic patients.

4. Guava contains good amount of vitamin B, vitamin B3, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 and beta-carotene. Vitamin B you all know is very good for brain. It helps in improving concentration power of brain. Vitamin B3 is very efficient in preventing pellagra.

5. Guava contains good amount of vitamin C and iron. Vitamin C helps in increasing your body immunity and iron helps in the formation of hemoglobin.

6. It also contains good amount of potassium and calcium. Potassium is needed for healthy functioning of nervous system and calcium helps in the formation of strong and healthy bones.
