1. Vitamin C is very beneficial for maintaining optimum health of body’s immune system. Antioxidant properties of vitamin C help in increasing our body immunity.

2. It is very good for detoxifying the body. Vitamin C is a good detoxifier to remove the various toxins from the body. It is contained in good amount in various fruits and vegetables like lemon, strawberry, orange, pineapple, mango, cabbage and broccoli.
