Black grapes are believed to be the healthiest types of grapes. The nutrient value of black grape makes it an extremely valuable healthy food. It contains nutrients like vitamin c, carbohydrates, proteins, calories and dietary fiber. Regular consumption of black grapes should improve our memory power and should get good concentration. It is very good for the proper function of our brain. So it is very good for children - they can improve better not only in studies but in all other activities. The consumption of grapes can reduce and regulate the cholesterol level of our body. It is a good medicine for some kinds of heart diseases and so it can be used to treat and prevent heart diseases. It can protect us from diseases like asthma, constipation, migraine and kidney disorders.

Black dried grapes are known as raisins. We often add raisins when we make some desserts to get better taste. Boron content in dried grapes protects us from osteoporosis. It also protects us from eye vision loss.

How To Make Grape Delight

1. Black Grapes - 1/2 kg
2. Water - 1 cup
3. Sugar - 1 cup
4. Juice of Lemon - 1 table spoon
5. Ice Cubes - 4

Method To Make:-
Remove the peels and seeds from grapes. Mash the grapes with a masher until it becomes soft. Add sugar, lemon juice and required water. Then mix all the ingredients. Cook for ten minutes in low flame. Let it be cool. Blend it in a blender by adding ice cubes. Strain well with the help of a strainer. Pour the juice into the glasses. Decorate well to get elegant look.

Now your grape delight is ready to serve.
