How to do it ?





Stand erect.

Keeping one foot behind and another foot forward maintaining a distance of approximately one long stride between them.

Keep both your hands on your back.

Then bend the knee of right leg.

Bring your entire body towards the direction of right leg.

Touch your right toe with your head.

Keep your left leg straight without bending.

Stay in this posture as much time as you feel comfortable.

This is a dynamic posture.

You may repeat the same posture with alternative legs.

How to synchronize your breath ?



Exhale while bending body down.

Outer retention while touching the toe with head i.e. in the final posture.

If you want to stay in the same posture for long you may have normal breathing.

Inhale while coming to the standing position.

What are its benefits.?
