Wear loose pants & T-shirt
For obvious reasons it would be wise for girls to wear pants rather than any other apparel below the waist. It does not matter where you are working out. It also helps in making the movements hassle-free. A T-shirt will allow the air ventilation as these shirts are generally of loose fittings. You will not feel sweaty from inside.
Get more oxygen
All the pollution in the atmosphere sinks during the night. That is why the morning air is the freshest of all. Exercising during this period gives you the best quality oxygen. For this working out in an open space like a garden would be the best option. The more oxygen you get the better for your inner body as well as the skin.
Helps the bowel movements
The morning exercise helps you get rid of the waste matter faster. If you practice this over a period of time, you will notice the difference. The stomach is the center of one's health. If you are able to keep it clean that will help you remain healthier and fitter. It also boosts your metabolism and helps in increasing the appetite.
The increase in appetite signals sufficient breakfast. This in turn means that your energy levels stay high throughout the day. If you are a working girl or a woman, it is important that you invariably take the morning exercise. You will get good positive results at your workplace as well.
Good for fighting obesity
Even though morning exercise may increase the appetite, it does not mean that you put on weight. On the contrary, it helps in fighting obesity. However, it is important that you are regular with your morning exercise.
