Very informative article. So I like this article very much. I also have the habit of snoring while I am in sound sleep. I did not have this problem before my marriage. It began after the birth of my first child. My husband informed me that I am snoring in my sleep. Because of the sound of snoring, he could not sleep that day. When I continued this habit, he started to tease me. Recently, my husband also is suffering the same problem. Some days, I can't sleep because of this sound. I also started to tease him. Now, we both are having the same problem and never try to blame each other. Now a days, we can't sleep without hearing this beautiful sound of snoring. We enjoy this sound like the sound of a musical instrument.

Somewhere I read that snoring is the symbol of heart problem and it may lead to other serious diseases. I don't know whether we have any other diseases like sleep apnea. I think that a quick check up is necessary soon.
