Everyone wants to look young and feel fresh. Simple lifestyle changes will certainly help a person look younger than the actual age. Tips to look young like drinking water and food habits are provided below.

         

1. Drink a lot of water every day. The water helps to wash away the toxins present in the human body. If you cannot drink a lot of water at a time, drink in intervals. Water helps to lubricate the body and moisturizes the skin.

2. Eat a lot of green leafy vegetables, banana stem and citrus fruits like sweet lime and orange. The vegetables provide the nutrients when blanched. Over cooking and mixing with oil and other spices will remove the vitamins. Banana stem is good for cleaning the stomach of all waste material. Vitamin C, E and A are present in most fruits and help to keep the body looking young and healthy.

3. Talk only when necessary. Too much of talking will loosen the muscles of the face and cause lines.

4. Wear clothes that fit. Loose fitting clothes will make the body look older and unhealthy.

5. Hairstyles also matter. A hairstyle that compliments the face will make a person look attractive and young, no matter the age.

6. Avoid taking painkillers and anti-depressants unnecessarily. Such drugs cause serious side effects and also increases the age.

7. Sit quietly and look at nature. Spend some time alone in the open. Ten minutes of this can help improve mental stability. The fresh air is very good for the skin.

8. Engage in hobbies like crafts, drawing or writing in the free time. The mind will be vigilant and thus active. An active mind will help keep the body young.

9. Don't rely on nutritional supplements or protein chargers. Eat natural foods as this will give maximum benefits.
