Vitamin B3 is a very important vitamin from vitamin B complex series. It is also known as niacin and has lot of health benefits. It is very beneficial for your health.

The health benefits of vitamin B3 are as follow-

1. Niacin that is vitamin B3 helps a lot in energy metabolism that is energy production from carbohydrates by metabolic process. It also helps in keeping digestive system healthy, improves its functioning. It also helps in lowering high blood cholesterol by lowering LDL cholesterol level.
