In this article im going to discuss how to increase your memory power using regular foods.

         

Good nutrition used to enhance you memory. There are many food that have been clinicaly proven to enhance our memory power. Im going to tell you about some food which increase your memory power.

Dark chocolate shown positive antioxidant effects in the body. The theobromine which found in cocoa beans improves cognitive function and improves your brain’s processing strength.

Luscious red tomatoes contain essential antioxidants that used to avoid cell damage. Lycopene also a antioxidant which helps to remove harmful free radicals. Including tomato with your food will helps to improve your memory, you will not get the benifits if you use tomato sauce.

Fish oil is also one of the best suppliment for brain in which it contain omega 3 fatty acids, omega-3 fatty acids formed by algae in the ecosystem of fish. Fish oil can directly increase memory when you take on regular basis.

Green tea help us to boost our memory. Green tea also give other benifits for your body.

For every person memory power is essential. Some peoples are lack in memory power and always suffer about this. Good article and good information.

Nice article. I did not know that dark chocolate is good for memory boost. Maybe I should eat it before going for an exam. I do like tomatoes and eat a few slices everyday. Thanks a lot for sharing these tips!! Please do write more such articles on how to improve memory.
