Body and Display:

The dimensions of the phone are 103.8 x 52.5 x 13.9 mm. It weighs about 131 grams. The phone has touch sensitive controls. The type of the touch screen is AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 16M colours. In capacitive touchscreens, we can't use usual stylus. The screen size is 3.2 inches with approximately 229 ppi pixel density. The screen resolution of the phone is 360 x 640 pixels.

The touchscreen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass - Nokia ClearBlack Display. Gorilla Glass, manufactured by Corning, is an alkali-aluminosilicate sheet glass engineered specifically to be thin, light and damage-resistant. Its primary application is as a cover glass for the exterior of portable electronic devices with screens, such as mobile phones, portable media players, and laptop computer displays. Gorilla Glass's most useful qualities are its strength, allowing very thin glass to be made without excessive fragility, and scratch resistance.

It has multitouch feature also. Multitouch refers to the ability of a touch sensing surface to recognize the presence of two or more points of contact with the touch sensing surface.

This phone uses a single core processor only. The GPU is Broadcom BCM2727. It has sensors like Accelerometer, proximity and compass.

GPS is also available with A-GPS support . Global Positioning System is a space-based satellite navigation system that provides location and time information in all weather, anywhere on or near the Earth, where there is an unobstructed line of sight to four or more GPS satellites. Java is available via Java MIDP 2.1 emulator. It has Stereo FM radio with RDS.

This is the mobile phone which I am using currently. I love this phone. I like the touchscreen. I do not need to press hard the screen to open an application. Just a tap is needed to open anything.
