How to make Embutido in my way?

Embutido is very famous in Asian or Western countries may be because of easy making and delicious taste. Can be okay for birthday celebration, family party or even all kinds of events which embutido is the best for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So now I will share to you my own way and method how to make embutido. From this method you can also do it your own.

         



Embutido is very famous in Asian or Western countries may be because of easy making and delicious taste. Can be okay for birthday celebration, family party or even all kinds of events which embutido is the best for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So now I will share to you my own way and method how to make embutido. From this method you can also do it your own.

Ingredients:

2 lbs ground pork, ground chicken or beef (which you prepared)
12 pcs sausage or 6 pcs hotdogs, cut in half length wise
3 pcs hard boiled eggs, sliced it length wise
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1 1/2 cup raisins
2 pcs normal eggs
1 cup green bell pepper, minced
1 cup red bell pepper, minced
1 cup carrots, minced
2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup onion, minced
salt and pepper (small amount base on you)


Cooking and Preparation Procedure:

1. Place the ground pork in a large container (chicken or beef)
2. Add the bread crumbs then the raw eggs (bitted). Mix thoroughly
3. Add the carrots, bell pepper (red and green), onion, pickle relish, and cheddar cheese.
4. Add the raisins, salt, and pepper, mix it thoroughly.
5. Place and form the mixture in an aluminum foil in a flatten position.
6. Place the sliced sausage and sliced boiled eggs alternately on the middle of the flat meat mixture.
7. Form the mixture like a barrel or tube pipe with little bit touched both side so that well form like a tube
8. Roll the foil to form a cylinderlocking the sausage and egg in the middle if the meat mixture. then lock the edges of the foil.
9. Prepare the steamer and placed in it, then let it be cooked for 1 hour in a medium fire.
10. After 1 hour, removed and let it be little cold then
11. Put inside the refrigerator until temperature turns complete cold
12.Slice and serve with tomato catsup.
