With obesity and health risks being a global epidemic, more people are aware of the health benefits of eating right and exercising every day. If you eat healthy and exercise every day, can you avoid diseases and sickness? With increasing awareness about the health risks of obesity, weight gain, and stress, more people eat healthy and exercise regularly. Medical research and doctors’ studies also emphasize the health benefits of good diet and exercise. Nutritious food and physical exercise are the best ways to alleviate stress and be happy.

Every day we hear about a new disease or illness. Even the risk levels of contracting such rare diseases are high. When you eat healthy, your mind and body feel healthy too. This is possible when you control the amount of oil, salt and sugar in your foods. Add more whole grains, vegetables, fruits, fiber and protein in your food to make it healthy and nutritious. This means that you should keep away from processed foods and fast food joints. When you eat healthy meals, you can see the glow in your face. Clear skin and reduced skin problems are the results of a nutritious diet.

Exercise- Important for Healthy Living

Exercise is good for the body. Then again, too much of anything is bad. You should not perform strenuous exercises for several hours. Follow a moderate exercise schedule every day. Devote 45 to 60 minutes every day for any physical activity like jogging, biking, cardiovascular exercises, lightweights, swimming and others. If possible, you can also enroll in a health club or gym. Exercise makes you sweat, burn calories and get rid of harmful toxins in the body. Exercise also regulates the metabolic activity in your body. As a result, you feel light and happy after the exercise.

Hydrate and Drink Plenty of Fluids

Healthy diet and exercise also include hydration. You should drink enough water throughout the day. Water is the best way to hydrate your body and flush out the toxins. Some people also advocate the use of fruit smoothies and vegetable smoothies. Add flaxseed and nuts to the smoothies for a rich flavor and natural energy. Flaxseed has Omega-3 fatty acids and DHA, which makes it the perfect powerhouse of energy.

Diet and Exercise for Vitality

Your face shows what you eat and how you live. If you eat junk food and are a couch potato, you often feel lazy, battle with skin problems and do not feel good about your body. This leads to low self-esteem and low self-confidence. On the other hand, when you lead an active lifestyle, exercise five or six times a week, you automatically reach out for healthy snacks and meals. As a result, you face and body looks good. You have fewer skin problems and higher self-esteem. You feel more confident about yourself. You do not hesitate to go out, meet people and interact. Your work and personal relations also have a positive effect. Of course, you develop higher immunity and rarely fall sick.

Thus, healthy diet and exercise strengthen your body’s immunity. You are strong enough to battle cold, flu and fever. Therefore, you gain a good reputation at work and have more time with your family. This also reduces your medical expense. Eating healthy and exercising is not too tough. You can begin by having small goals and keep tracking your progress. Tell your colleagues and family members about your health and fitness goals. This way, you tend to have more motivation to focus on your goals.

I agree with you...Healthy diet is important for the healthy body.This is what I have been told from few months since I have started doing exercises...And the sleep is also important for the health.The morning walk prevents lots of diseases and disorders...
We should take the nutritious food.
We should be conscious for the diet and we should look at the diet what we are eating.( Whenever I went out with my friends,they order some junk food and I have to take it as they forces and convinces me).So,We should avoid these types of diets and Hydration..That is also important.We should take plenty of liquids and fluids to avoid de-hydration...
These can prevent diseases and any type of deficiency...Smile..
