How to get Releif from Back pain

Main proble is back pain. we cannot concentrate on our works. here some tips . please use and get relief.

         

Emergency tips for release from Back Pain.

Mostly Ladies are suffering from back pain more than males. Because of their natural problems and on their pregnancy time ,there will be some changes on their spinal card. So they are suffering lot .

To get relief they have to follow some tips. These are:-





1. To reduce the pain they can give ice fomentation.(ice covered by cloth, should not direct apply).
2. Suddenly do not wake up.
3. Do not stress your body when lift or pick up any things.
4. Do not lift things above your shoulder.
5. Do not lift weights and do not hold it one side.
6. Do not stand long time, do not give stress to your legs.
7. Avoid wear high heals chapels and shoes.
8. While sitting in a chair don't bend too forward and do not sit too back.
9. In home bed /mattress should be good qualities and strong.
10. While taking, Do not give any stress to back.
11. Some time you cannot move a little bit, cause of muscles stiffness.
12. Don't worry, do massage softly, and apply some pain reliever ointment.
13. To get relief from back pain taking rest is a good treatment.
14. Although walking is the best solution for blood circulation.
15. Those are working in sitting position, usually they will suffer by back pain.
16. They have to maintain their weight, it is very important.
17. Do not sit long time in same position.
These are the ways to get rid off back pain.

School going children also suffering by this pain. So please relive them.

A Good article Mathi.. The points are covered. Also, application of slight heat pack or oil also may help in treating back pain.

This is very nice information. As I regularly drive two wheelers, I get backaches, just in one small spot. Then the doc advised a few breathing exercises (as most aches are imaginary - believe it or not!) and some pills along with some advise on the right posture even while riding the bikes. Thereafter I seldom get it and when I get it, I am sure of what to do. Thanks for the detailed post. Truly appreciate you on behalf the backache-suffering people.
