How to be young always. Just go through this and follow this.

         

Keep your self young.

Nobody cannot control the Nature, except the God.Human also. (Because he has sixth sense.)

To give a young look, (like reduce our age) we should not to go for Plastic surgery and some cosmic operation methods.

It means we have to be ready to accept that, we are getting old? No. need not.

Can we throw away this thoughts by natures cure method.

Yes we can.

How ?

1.Healthy Food.



To fight with old age, first You have to take healthy foods.

Before that you have to know, what kinds of foods are healthy. The answer is ,

Only Full of Grain foods gives full energy and healthy.

By an unawareness of foods and un wanted activities your health are getting affected and more cause of these you will be look like aged person and very dull appearance.

As you depositing money in a business and how it will gives you profits,such as if you concentrate on your health sure it will gives you as much as profits of health.

2. Diet Control




To keep body fit,Diet control is must.

if you calculate the calories only, It will be dangerous.

You have to take care about environment also.

On summer season and other seasons, your foods also should be change.

This kind of seance and ways are gives big changes in your health.




3. Physical Exercise.




Weekly thrice do exercise in open area.

In Gim exercise , at least you have to do 4 days in a week.

Each and every day spend time for exercise to different parts.

An Important matter is that,why you looks like an aged person?

The reason behind that is,mainly DEPRESSION.

Exercise helps us to keep body fit and blast the Depressions.


4. Vitamins.



Foods giving by nature is full of vitamins.

But now a days we are using pesticides on the plants.

So we have to take the particular vitamins i.e. C and E from other resources.

For that we can get from fishes and Lemon kinds of things is must.

Do not forget Grains.


5.Do not go for 'Mid night Parties'.



1.Now a days the 'Party culture' is growing very fast.

Almost it is continuing after the midnight.

Some animals and birds are waking in full night.

Basic human tendency is not to wake in the night.

Nature did not provide us to that kind of energy and power.

Each and every birth in this world , there is a reason behind that.

We should not go against the nature.

Our body is structured by nature as it can working in solar power,

I mean to say, is only on day time we have to do our works not on night time.

So after mid night parties and late night sleeping habits are not good.

It is that,we are destroying our selves we need not other sources to do that.

All Glans in our body, is taking rest after the sun sets. It is nature.


If your working in late night means, you are forcing the glans to do over time works.

It will stimulate the glans which is cause for the "Aged" personality.

so that you are looks like an aged person.

So go to bed early and sleep well.

I like your last but one point - avoid mid night parties.It is the habit of city life.Villages are still not polluted with them.Night parties are becoming a fashion of the modern society.

Then regarding the healthy food , from market we get items polluted with pesticides only.To have a satisfied food we will have to cook it with our own home products.Hope government will make some rule regarding the pesticides soon.In my state Kerala organic farming is announced.Hope it will touch the goal within 10 years.

Good abid

It is Not compulsory. Night parties are becoming a fashion,you are 100 % correct.
In my view, we have to follow our culture,which made for our health and all.

It is a one of the reasons that, we are losing our health. that's all. Thanks for your comments.

Yes we are getting addicted to western culture gradually.We either don't mind or don't recognize this cultural invasion.But it is going to a dangerous situation.Many health hazards like deadly disease AIDS came from such a culture.Also youth are getting aged or getting heart attack at low ages itself due to the western fastfood culture adopted by them.So to be ourself careful first keep away from them ourself.
