We all suffer from headaches at one time or the other. This can be due to stress, work pressure, deadlines, tension and other problems. Here are some natural and home remedies for headaches and migraines.


Many people suffer from migraines and headaches. Causes of headaches can be stress, work overload, office tensions, family tensions, money problems and depression. Lavender oil is an excellent headache cure. You can use a few drops of lavender oil in the bath or inhale the vapors of lavender to cure headache at home. Another home remedy for headache is peppermint oil. It helps to relieve migraines and tension headaches. Peppermint oil relaxes the nerves and eases tension. Flaxseed oil can also help to relieve headaches.
