Modern lifestyle is very busy. People want to run around and do their morning chores in a hurry. They want to reduce their weight to maintain their health. Most of these people skip breakfast hoping to reduce weight.


Many people have a wrong notion that skipping food can reduce weight. Most of the people who go to offices in a hurry skip breakfast hoping that it would help their weight loss ambition. But studies say that skipping breakfast yields only a reverse effect. Researchers state that right morning breakfast actually boosts energy and even help you lose weight.

Morning breakfast is healthy

Eating a right breakfast is healthy. Morning breakfast is the most important meal of the day since it provides you with the energy and nutrients that lead to increased concentration and ability to work. It increases metabolism, provides energy for your body and brain and maintains your weight in the optimum level.

1) Many people who have not eaten breakfast, go for snack foods that are high in fat and sugar. It is more dangerous.

5) Researches have shown that skipping breakfast increases the risk of obesity 4-5 times, compared to others. A study at the University of Texas at El Paso has revealed that substantial breakfast eaters consumed an average of 100 fewer calories than when they skipped breakfast.

5)Skipping breakfast will results in secretion of more hormones that cause weight gain.

6) If you skip breakfast your blood sugar will go below the normal level and it will lead you Hypoglycemia that makes you crave more carbohydrates. This results in weight gain.
