The sugar-loaded beverages at coffee shops are no less innocent. A small cup of coffee latte can contain nearly 300 calories. Well, add a buttery snack with it and you can easily gain 600 calories and more. Maybe it is ok to indulge once in a week but there are many people who drink three or four lattes a day. Movies and Junk Food

This is one place where you cannot overcome the junk food addiction. However, you can still make healthy choices at the movie cafeteria too. Pick up popcorn without butter and a bottle of water instead of sodas and sugary beverages. You may also carry a small trail mix or a protein bar to chew as you watch the movie.

Head to a vitamin store and pick up a protein powder. You can make your own fruit smoothies with protein powder. This will stop your hunger cravings for unhealthy junk foods.
