It is indeed true you would feel satisfied by the intake of foods rich in fiber on account its stomach filling ability. Barley, dates, prunes, broccoli, green peas, wheat, oats, lentils and baked beans are some of the fibrous foods that should not be avoided when it comes to forming part of regular diet plan.
