How to prepare keema stuffed red chillies

Red chilies used in whole India as spices, souce and achaar. But people of Nawabs city Hyderabas are fond of Keema red chilli.

         

Keema Stuffed Red Chillies
Red chilies used in whole India as spices, souce and achaar. But people of Nawab's city Hyderabas are fond of Keema red chilli. This mouth watering recipe is prepared with kind of chillies used for achaar in Gorkhpur and some other place. This kind of chill is enough plumpy.
These chillies are not hot but it provides a splash color that is attract eyes.
The spices used in this recipe may be varied according to taste and availability in a specific area.
Ingredients
Fresh plumpy red chillies 8-10
Mutton mince 600gm
Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp
Onion chooped find 3
Ginger paste 1tsp
Garlic paste 1tsp
Chilli powder 2tsp
Clove powder 1/4tsp
Cardamoms powder one tsp
Cinnamon 1 inch
Bay leaf 10
Lemon juice 1 service spoon
Oil 150ml
salt to taste
How to cook
Heat half cooking oil in pan and put bay leaf and cinnamon stick. When these change color put in the 1/4 mince and salt along with spices, turmeric, red chillies, ginger and garlic paste. Cook it till it leave cooking oil. Add one cup of water and cook till the mince in done. Add lemon juice. keep it aside to cool.
Wash properly red chillies and slice in the length. Remove seeds from these. Stuff the chillies with mince. Heat the reaming oil in pan. Fry onion slice till its color change to brown. Add balance mince and spices and cook for five to ten minute. Add some water and cook till the mince abosre water. Put stuffed red chillies in it and cook until the chillies soften. Garnish with clove and cardamom powder. Serve it with phulka or rice
