Stormy Sandy attacking Northeast America is feared to devastate the country. Halloween candies are losing their sweet taste due to increase in price. Election trendies are hot with hooking mandates. Which is stronger in America? Will one of them affect the other?

America is hot with election fever. Debates between the presidential candidates are over. People are analyzing the hot topics discussed. Whom to choose? Who can save America and the world? Nothing can be predicted.

The whole country is on the swing. In the meantime Sandy, the stormy hurricane, has started its devastating attack on the coastal states of America. The scary festival halloween is threatening people with soaring prices of costumes and candies. All these three have great impact on American life. They are actually testing the strength of the American people.

Super storm Sandy

Already having devastated Cuba and other Caribbean countries, the “Superstorm Sandy” has crossed into the Northeastern states of U.S.A. on 26 October, with a potential to slam the country with powerful winds and pelting rain. It is expected to merge with the cold of the west and pelt the people of the country, causing great trouble for millions of residents. The hurricane has become a hybrid monster storm which according to the weather experts would cause billions of dollars in damage when it strikes the U.S. eastern seaboard. It is feared that it might be the worst in three decades in the past.

It is also feared that the storm may have an impact on the polling on the east coast which could affect the results of the entire election. The stormy winds and torrential rains may affect the last hour campaigning of the candidates. Both the presidential candidates are rescheduling their programs because of the unforeseen arrival of Sandy.

Halloween candy

Halloween candy prices are up due to increase in sugar price and transportation costs. American consumers are expected to spend at least $80 a person on decorations, costumes and candy for this Halloween season. But the pinching prices and the diminishing income have made many of the parents frown at their kids’ faces in despair. Will this disappointment and depression due to such increases in price have impact on the American election results?

Trend of American election on the countdown days

It is hot. But it is still unpredictable. Most of the states that were steady in the past are in a swinging state. Political opinions are still unable to give a clear picture on the results. The countdown for the presidential election has already started.
Let us wait and see.
