Spices food, packed food, junk food is responsible for these problems. Indeed we are eating for our tongue not for health. The rich elements are too spoiled during cooking.
If you want precaution from these problems than you must be eat half of your diet as raw food. Raw food is rich source of fiber. Salad and sprouted grains is the best one. Try these recipes
Mix sprouti Bahar
1. 2 bowels mixed sprouted pulse
2. 1onion properly chopped
3. 2 tomato, 1 Cucumber properly chopped
4. 3 service spoon groundnut
5. 1 lemon
6. 1 tsp black piper, White and black to taste, 1tsp roasted cumin seeds,
Mixed sprouted pulse with other material. Add all spices and lemon juice. Your healthy,
tasty sprout mix is ready to serve. Enjoy it.

Peanut Mint
You needs
1. 1 Bowl roasted ground nuts
2. 1 onion, 1 1 Cucumber, 1 Toamoto,1 Carrot, 1 beat root, ½ bowl mint leaves, ½ bowl coriander leaves
3. White and black salt to taste, ½ tsp. roasted cumin seeds 1/2 tsp. black pepper powder, 2tsp vinegar
Wash and chopped all vegetables. Mixed roasted ground nut. Add all spices and vinegar. Garnish it with mint and coriander leaves.
