Green tea is another antioxidant that brightens the overall skin tone. Berries also help in collagen manufacture thus making the skin firm and smooth.

Sun Protection

Exposure to Sun rays causes tanning of skin and aggravate the appearance of wrinkles, age spots and trigger acne breakout. The UV rays of the sun also cause oxidation and free radical damage and other skin problems including cancer. Whenever in the sun apply a broad spectrum sunscreen with a minimum SPF15. Staying in the shade and wearing protective clothing can ban the destruction done to our skin by strong sun rays.

Healthy Lifestyle

The outcomes of happy and healthy lifestyle are evident both mentally and physically. Try to limit and manage your stress as its damages are skin deep. People who stay happy possess a young glow on their face and tend to live longer. Taking adequate sleep and rest is also important to help your skin to renew and replenish. Give up smoking and alcohol for the unfavorable effects it has on our skin. Smoking limits the supply of oxygen to the skin surface giving it a pale and lifeless complexion. Exercising not only keeps our body fit but it also glorify the skin by increasing the blood circulation to our skin.

These are some serious tips to look up to. I would say the lifestyle also plays an important role in deciding the map of our face. If a person is in a lot of tension and depression, it shows on the face. The hair start falling as well. The mentality plays a big part in the presentation of one''s face. And of course, there is no alternative to good food. Nice tips, I must say.
