PREGNANT WOMENS MENTALITY

PREGNANCY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STAGE FOR A WOMAN. SHE GOES THROUGH A LOT OF CHANGE. I AM WRITING ABOUT THE CHANGE OF MENTALITY STAGE DURING THIS PERIOD.

         

During pregnancy, a mother goes through a lot of physical change. Besides that, her mentality changes too. Along with physical care, she needs mental care too. In this regard, her friends, colleagues, husband can help her much.

FIRST THREE MONTHS:

During this time, the possibilities of pregnancy are high. Her attitude becomes protective. She becomes careful in every possible way. She wants to avoid hard works during this time. Various physical sicknesses like headache, vomit happens this time.

WHAT TO DO:
1. Don’t pressure her for work.
2. Don’t do anything that makes her disappoint.
3. Keep extra care for her.

SECOND THREE MONTHS:
During this time, the possibility of abortion goes away. So, she can lead her daily life. She can do the household works a little bit. Sometimes she stand before the mirror and become tensed for her less attractiveness. The weight increases. She gets physically more attracted this time. But she often becomes tensed about her partner still liking her same like before.

WHAT TO DO:

1. Company your wife for more time.
2. Be patient with her. Don’t ever quarrel with her.
3. If your wife wants, get physically involved.
4. Often give her gifts that she likes.
5. Do everything that keeps her mind sound.

THIRD THREE MONTHS:
The time of baby’s born is getting nearer. she becomes tensed about the process of giving birth. She also wonders about the future career.

WHAT TO DO:

1. always give her comfort.
2. tell everyone to pray for her. So she will feel a bit safe.

DREAMS DURING PREGNANCY:

During pregnancy, woman goes through a lot of fear. These reflects in her dreams. Some dreams of having an accident, some gets feared about the born process. Some also dreams that they have lost their child.
WHAT TO DO:

1. give your wife extra care. Ask her if she had a sound sleep.
2. make her comfortable with things she fear.
3. make a future plan with her regarding how you will raise your child.
4. always try to keep her happy

Nearly every woman goes through the above mentioned change during pregnancy. It is not a disease. JUST GIVE HER LOVE.
