Summers season is begin after few days. The main problem of this season is sweat and its stench. Some time it does put us in the awkward position.

People tend to shy away from you. It may be due to the stench of sweat. People have believed that often it happens in summer. But some people have the problem of enough sweat. Such people have to face this problem throughout the year. Obviously when we work with people all day we have the hesitation.

Odor Increase because of bodies bacteria. Which are increasing frequently with sweat? Let us know besides using deodorant what we do need to do to control stench.

Try to eat so much that contains fiber, such as wheat, Vegetables. Drink enough water.
Try to wear soft and light color cotton clothes which can absorbs sweat. Clothes absorb body odor. If you have much troubles with it than wash your clothes immediately.
Add the oil to the bath water which has strong fragrance. This bath water will remains fragrance in body for a long time. Lemon juice is ideal for it.

Vinegar can also help is keeping away stench from body. Dipped white cotton in vinegar and apply under arms. Remove under arms hair at regular interval.
Do not eat onions and garlic.
