In today''''s lifestyle , most of us do not have time for exercise, but here are some tips by which you can loose your weight.

         

Here are some tips for weight loss:

1) Taking 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 teaspoon of lime juice and 1 teaspoon of honey and a pinch of black pepper.Have this on an empty stomach twice a day.

2) Mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger root in equal quantities. Have 1/2 teaspoon of mixture twice a day with lukewarm water.

3) Taking of one or two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before each meal.(you can add 1 teaspoon of honey)

4) Taking 1/2 teaspoon of Dalchini Powder (Cinnamon Powder) twice a day.
