Hara Bhara Kabab

As the name suggests , hara bhara , it is made from green veggies (Spinach & Peas).A tasty and sumptuous snacks for the people who want to enjoy kababs but are vegetarian.
ginger-1/2 inch piece
chopped coriander leaves-1/2 cup
cumin seeds-1 tbsp
black pepper powder-1/4 tbsp
salt-1/2 tbsp (you can add more as per your taste)
oil for frying
1)Boil Potatoes,peel them & mash.
2)Boil peas and strain.
3)Boil spinach and strain.
4)Grind ginger and green chillies ,add 1 tbsp of water to make it paste.
5)Heat the oil(2 tbsp) in pan, add cumin seeds , wait for the crackling of cumin seeds then add boiled peas, spinach, ginger-green chilly paste, chopped coriander, salt & black pepper powder.
6)Mix it well and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
7)Remove it from the gas, add this to the mashed potatoes, mix well.
8)Now take some cornflour on your palm to make kabab from the mixture, you can choose long or round shape.
9)Heat the oil in pan and deep fry the kababs.
10)Take them out on turning golden brown, drain on paper towels.
11)Serve them hot with a sauce of your choice.
