Since childhood, we all have listened from our mothers that fruits are very beneficial for health and we must eat them and should make them part of our balanced diet.

         

Black grapes are one of the types of grapes. Grapes you all know are a very good fruit for health. It contains essential vitamins and different type of nutrients which are essential for health. Black grapes also come under the category of fruits which are very beneficial for health. Black grapes are one of the types of grapes; the other types of grapes are red and green.

Black grape has lot of health benefits , the important one are as follow-

1. Black grapes contain flavanoids which are very good for health. Flavanoids are one of the types of phytochemicals and helps in preventing various diseases and it also helps in reducing excessive oxidation of cells in body.

2. Black grapes contain good amount of minerals named potassium and calcium, therefore are very good for growing children who needs adequate amount of potassium for good functioning of brain and calcium in black grapes helps in replenishing the need of calcium mineral for bones and hence helps in bone growth and strengthen the bones.

3. Black grapes have very low glycaemic index and therefore, is very good for diabetic patients as the antioxidants present in it help in decreasing higher blood glucose level of body and low glycaemic index of black grapes does not increase bodis blood glucose level when eaten as fruit.

4. The various antioxidants and phytonutrients present in the black grapes helps in preventing various degenerative diseases like cancer, cataract, and ulcers and also help in detoxifying the body and flushes out the various toxins out of the body.

5. Black grapes are very good for eyes and helps in improving vision. It also helps in removing constipation as it is rich in fiber content.

6. Black grapes also help in weight loss if eaten as snack in between the meals instead of eating fatty oil rich snacks.

7. Black grapes help in preventing osteoporosis in old age persons especially females which are more prone to osteoporosis. Black grapes contain good amount of calcium which is very good for bone health and helps in replenishing the deficiency of calcium in body by providing adequate amount of calcium. Black grapes help in preventing memory loss in old age and improve brain function as it contains good amount of mineral potassium which is very good for brain health.

8. Black grapes are very good for children as it helps in improving their concentration and improve memory and helps in easy learning and grasping various creative ideas as it contains potassium mineral which is very good for healthy functioning of nervous system and thus helps in brain development.

I am glad I am reading this article at the right moment. There are grapes all over the market and I have been eating the black grapes for sometime now in this season. But when I know what it gives me, that makes sense. Thanks for the great article.
