The sun is throwing out heat which is becoming unbearable as each day passes by.
It is vital that the body is always kept hydrated. The human body is always in the process of replacing the damaged cells. That is why it is important such foods are consumed that will higher levels of nutrients. Here are some tips which you can have a look at to make your summer a cool affair.
Avocado
The first look at an avocado might not be too encouraging. However, the healthy gems stock up potassium. Apart from that, avocadoes also contain fiber and fats. That makes it possible to hold on to water in the body. The other upside of avocadoes is that it is known to fight diabetes well and also control the levels of cholesterol.
