Eating food is need for us, but, eating more food causes more diseases. Moreover, it may turn into poison to our body. People, in present, are going behind fast foods such as pufs, pizzas and biryani. More number of people are suffering from obescity. For them, I would like to mention some tips.
Food is important to our life. Apart from, water and air, food is required. But, excessive food is harmful to us. More food causes more diseases. More number of people, in present, are going behind for fast foods. Due to more fat content, it causes many number of problems to us. Even we can have knowledge on our diet, but situations are not convenied to us.
In these situations, we have to follow some good habbits.
Eating food slowly :
When we take food slowly that it would take minimum 20 minutes to chew the food. When a clear message send to the brain that our stomache is filled up with the food.
Constipation is caused by many irregular food habbits. People who suffers from constipation has to follow some food habbits. Drinking less water may be reason for constipation. However, this is our problem created by us due to food habbits. We have to eat fiber food such as leaf vegetables. Have to take two tea spoons of honey mixing with light heated milk. In hotels, for tiffin, they use maida flour. It does not so fast digest as other foods. Instead, it is better to make tiffins with wheat and others as they have enough fiber in them.
Eating food is important but eating food in regular intervals leads our life towards happiness. Eating food in less amount in regular intervals is good for our life.It is better to guide the children about good food habbits because parents are role models for children. Every food should be taken as natural but not artificial. For example, sea salt i.e., unrefined salt is better than refined salt because refined salt causes blood pressure.
Some people are doing diet control severely but it may cause problems to metabolism. So, required food is necessory for our metabolism. It is to important to avoid late night to increase loss of weight.
