We can use these raw or cooked. We can also prepare healthy soup and juice of these leafy vegetables. Try to have at least one leafy vegetable daily in yours diet.
Whole grains are also rich source of fiber, have more than 96%. Grains lost some essential nutrients during processing. Diet experts advise their clients to have Brown bread, brown rice and unfiltered flour. All these have a high in essential nutrients and control our weight.
