Leafy vegetables


It is impossible to meet our nutritional needs without having seasonal leafy vegetables in our diet. Leafy vegetable have enough fiber. Leafy vegetables are also source of Vitamin C and K, iron, minerals. Spinach, legumes, asparagus, lettuce, fenugreek leaves, broccoli are leafy vegetable which is available in abundance. We can use these raw or cooked. We can also prepare healthy soup and juice of these leafy vegetables. Try to have at least one leafy vegetable daily in yours diet.

Whole grains


Whole grains are also rich source of fiber, have more than 96%. Grains lost some essential nutrients during processing. Diet experts advise their clients to have Brown bread, brown rice and unfiltered flour. All these have a high in essential nutrients and control our weight. Start your day with whole wheat, whole gram and cereal or a whole wheat bread toast. Sprout gram and cereals are best choice.

Nuts


Nuts are rich source of proteins, magnesium and vitamin B & E. They are useful in preventing heart disease and cancer. Nuts have the high fat calories, but these are good for health of heart. We should Make nuts an essential ingredient of your diet. Perfuse it on salads or breakfast cereals or stir them into yogurt because they are an excellent source of protein. You can also eat them in limited quantity as an evening snack. But make sure you do not overdo them. About a quarter cup or about 15-20 almonds, cashews, walnuts are good enough a week.

Yogurt or curd


Only curd has healthy bacteria which can fight diseases and also improve appetite. Curd of cream free milk is best source of vitamins, protein and calcium. One cup a day is good enough for your diet. But do not add sugar in it. Add white salt and roasted cumin in it. Instead choose plain yogurt and adds fruits or berries to it," suggest. Yogurt is also useful in
bowel complaint and hangover due drinking too much liquor.

Berries


Berries are the most fiber product diet and also helps curb weight. No other foods have the protective plant antioxidant like berries. Berries antioxidants lower your disease risks and also but help prevent memory loss. You can have a bowl full of them thrice a week. You can use it fresh and frozen.

Right said, leafy vegetables are good source of all nutrients in one deal. Its like all the essential vitamins and minerals in one place in one package. It is considered the richest and best source of iron mineral required for the body and therefore is very good for those patients who are suffering from anemia.

We all know how much eating healthy food is important for us. People say that our health depends on what we eat in our diet daily . If we want to be good and healthy looking we must eat healthy food. Some people think that eating a healthy diet some time in some days will make them fit and healthy but it is not so it is must that one must get regular healthy diet.

If you want to keep diseases away from you and want to live a longer life then having healthy diet daily is must for you. If you will be healthy all will be attracted to you .No one will get attracted to you if you are unhealthy and always in dull mood . So if you want anyone to like you then start eating healthy diet from today. The advantage of eating healthy food is not just for maintaining your health but it also gives you various other advantages.

If you do not eat food which is healthy and eat food from restaurants or eat fast food like burgers etc then you become fat and look healthier from outside but from inside you won''t built the strength that you can build by eating a proper healthy diet. If you not eat a healthy diet and become fat eating the junk food then you will may have health problems. Doctors advice that having a proper diet twice a day is must for having a healthy life and avoiding serious health problems.

One shouldn''t eat a heavy diet always it should be a complete diet with all the necessary food stuffs that will give us all the necessary proteins,vitamins and minerals. A diet should contain everything from dal,roti, salad, vegetable, rice etc which will complete a proper diet.

One shouldn''t eat more of food that will increase your fat. Fat is essential but more fat can be harmful for you.So you must eat such a diet that will give you should get complete nutrition from it . In the last to end up my this article i will like to say that eating healthy diet is must but exercising also because if you keep eating without any work or exercise then you will only become fat not healthy.
