Have completed successfully ''Medical Transcription'' course from ASB Technologies, after retirement.
A member of Art of Living. Have done the basic course and some Advanced courses. Practicing "Sudahrsan Kriya" , a breathing exercise to keep me fit physically and mentally.
Have been initiated by a Reiki Master, and practicing Reiki, after completing First and Second Degree. I am Reiki Channel and find pleasure in healing self and other needy persons in the neighborhood, who have faith in me and Reiki.
